About The Therapist

LaShanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and her clinical approach is personalized and varies based on needs.  LaShanda's (10+ years experience) includes that of working with a diverse clientele on a variety of concerns. She has more of an eclectic style and approach.  She is trained in various treatment modalities to include (but are not limited to): Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cultural Competency, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Trauma informed Care, Integrated Care and also Strengths-Based therapy. LaShanda believes in meeting people where they are and that we all have our own life journey.
